With a BSc in Hotel Management and Msc in Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of the West Indies, Alicia comes with over 20 years experience in the hotel industry. An all rounder and former lecturer in Food & Beverage, Menu Planning and Bartending, she loves the outdoors, reading, exercising and travelling. She is a dedicated, passionate and self-motivated individual who seeks to continuously improve her knowledge and skill set in every task she performs.

An avid farmer, Anthony is the current farm manager at Belmont Estate. He holds a certificate in Agriculture from the Mirabeau Farm School, complementing his work with the Ministry of Agriculture for more than 35 years, attached to farm coops and model farms.
